From Barrel of Monks Brewing
We regularly use CBC-1 yeast for bottle conditioning our beers. We bottle condition all of our specialty beers and we have found this yeast strain to be highly reliable in producing the carbonation we need without a change in flavor profile. From Funk Factory Geuzeria
We noticed an improvement in head production and retention on our pours. I recommend this product to other brewers seeking improvement in carbonation quality. From Bad Weather Brewing
We like it for its neutral flavor, ease of prep and use. Allows us to hit our marks in terms of target CO2 volumes.
